Say good-bye to the yester-years of public smoking in the historic Jefferson Hotel’s Lounge. In honor of the smoking ban scheduled to take effect Jan 1, 2007, The Jefferson is hosting an exclusive smoke-out themed NYE celebration for hotel guests and local Washingtonians.
Executive Chef Charlie Hansji has specially crafted an extravagant eight-course tasting menu, complimented with a wine pairing for each dish. While the evening will feature a ‘haute’ inspired menu, the dining room will remain smoke free as smoking is permitted only in the lounge.
